LATE ARRIVAL:
Traffic jams, sick kiddos, car accidents…life happens and we get that. If you will be more than 10-15 minutes late to your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We will happily adjust your services to account for the time remaining or reschedule for a better time. We care about your experience and results and rushing services do not allow us to bring you our very best.
NO-SHOWS:
We respect and value your time and ask that you give us the same consideration. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged a fee of 50% of the total cost of your service. Same day cancellations are very hard to fill and will be charged the full service amount.
Please let us know as soon as possible when a cancellation is unavoidable, we will happily reschedule you!
